Employees are the real asset of the business so, don’t forget about efforts, needs, and recognition. Value them and make them feel special for whatever they contributed to the organization and the most important thing is giving credit for the achievements, if the employee is working and not getting credits it can lead to disappointment. There are seniors in the team who always eats up the credit of their employees and doesn’t appreciate the team members. Look after all these issues and provide recognition to individuals as well instead of mere team leader as this can make the team sad and disappointed with the job.
